RETURN SHIPPING​

I suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within the return’s timeframe. You have 10 days to make the return. Store-credit notes are valid for 3 months from the date of issue.

Item/s must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached. If merchandise is returned despite these conditions your return will be sent back to you at an additional charge. If the item was specially made with your measurements we dont accepts the returns.

International shipping return orders run for the client. We won't be covering the costs of shipping. 

Returns aren't available from previous collections.

PROCESSING TIME FOR RETURNS​

I endeavour to process refunds daily but please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive email notification of when I received your return and again when it has been processed.  You have 10 days available to return the product. We do refunds or exchange of products.

FAULTY ITEMS​

I sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by receiving a faulty garment. Please contact our Customer Care team rouri.official@gmail.com with your order number and images of the fault and we will work with you to resolve it as soon as possible.

Unique size

A good quality linen lasts a long time, but in order to ensure they will last for their maximum lifetime it is best to hand wash or machine wash on a low temperature (cold or lukewarm) with a mild detergent. A mild detergent would typically mean any detergent that is scent-dye free, a detergent designed for baby clothes, or a specific linen detergent.

If the piece is from cotton we advise to hand wash or washing machine with cold water and little soap. Do not use the tumble dryer. We recommend to not leave the piece wet because otherwise it can stretch or get a different shape
