Disappointing

I wanted to get my sister something gorgeous for her birthday - she LOVES Rouri. I opted for the gift card only to find that after going through with the purchase the lovely card that is displayed on the website isn’t available and and a poorly designed e-voucher was emailed to me. In addition to that I was then told it expired after 1 month. Again this is not made clear anywhere at the time of purchase. I contacted customer support, who I must say were helpful and responsive and after a bit of back and forward it was agreed that the voucher had a 3 month expiry period but still this is very short. All in all not a very good experience unfortunately

Thank you so much for the feedback. The gift card in rouri is a virtual e-card, and we also offered to send the document for you to print as a special design for your sister. You can get the physical card in our store in Barcelona if you like too.
We will take into consideration for next times the 3 month period for the gift card. We are a small, made-to-order brand in spain and its difficult to make them without an expiring date. We will work on it.
