WHAT CURRENCY IS USED ONLINE?
You are currently shopping on our international website, shipping worldwide. All prices are in €EUR unless selected otherwise.
HOW LONG DO RETURNS TAKE TO PROCESS?
Returns are sent back to our Spain logistic center. Once the package arrives we are notified, so please allow 1-5 business days for our team to process your return once we have received it.
DO YOU OFFER A WELCOME DISCOUNT?
ROURI offers a welcome 10% off code on first purchases when signing up to our newsletter and joining ROURI loyalty. To redeem the discount, apply the code at checkout. Valid on full price ROURI products only. Discount is valid for 30 days from signing up.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We ship international orders via DHL, UPS, CORREOS INTERNATIONAL. You should receive your order within 7-10 business days. During busy periods, promotional events and sales there may be delays on the dispatch of your order.

WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVED AN INCORRECT OR FAULTY ITEM?
Please email us at hello@rouri.co with your order number and style.. Once we receive your request we will arrange a solution for you as soon as possible.
HOW CAN I USE A GIFT VOUCHER OR PROMO CODE?
When you’re ready to checkout and are looking at the items in your cart, click proceed to checkout. You will then have the option to add your discount code or promo code to your order. Please note, only one discount code can be redeemed per order.
MY VOUCHER/STORE CREDIT HAS EXPIRED, CAN IT BE EXTENDED?
Vouchers can`t be extended.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

Unfortunately cannot make any changes or cancel your order once it has been processed by our team, however we will do our best to assist if there has been a mistake.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ITEM?
Once your order is dispatched you will receive shipping confirmation, along with tracking details for your order.
IF AN ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK, CAN I BE NOTIFIED IF IT RETURNS?
Yes, you can be! Go to the product you wish to purchase, select the colour and size and when the style is out-of-stock an click on ¨NOTIFY ME WHEN AVAILABLE¨. Once you sign up, you will be notified once we receive delivery.
HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURN
As soon as we receive your return back into our warehouse, you will receive an email confirmation. Please allow 3-5 business days for our team to process your return and your accounts to be credited.
I THINK MY ITEM IS FAULTY. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
We ensure every order is carefully checked and wrapped, but sometimes faults are missed!
Please email our Customer Care Team with your name, order number and fault images. Once analysed, we will organise a replacement or refund if deemed a manufacturing fault.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
If full-priced orders are placed before 10 am Monday - Friday, they are processed the same day. Most of these orders are shipped the same day or the following business day.
Please let our Customer Care Team know if you have requested changes ASAP.
There is no guarantee that these changes can be made before your order is shipped. Once your order is on its way, we cannot change details.
ARE DUTIES AND TAXES INCLUDED AT CHECKOUT?
Duties and taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, where they were made, your shipment destination, your country's tax laws, and the value of your purchase. They will appear as a separate line item at checkout if not included in product prices.
Some countries require duties and taxes to be paid upon delivery, which will be the customer's responsibility.
