Mar is an internationally certified yoga teacher, trained in Purna Integral Yoga and specialized in Hatha & Yin Yoga. Currently deepening her path through a 500-hour Somatic Embodiment training, bringing a sensitive, body-led approach to her teaching.
Mar shares holistic yoga classes rooted in presence, conscious movement, and breath as nourishment. Her sessions at the Studio—Hatha Flow and Yin Yoga—integrate somatic tools and are designed to be accessible, sustainable, and deeply human.
She is also a certified Holistic Nutritionist (Institute for Integrative Nutrition, NYC), weaving together her understanding of body, nourishment, voice, and nature as interconnected gateways to wellbeing.

Lai - Hatha Vinyasa Yoga
Lai is a holistic yoga teacher with a grounded, mindful approach. Rooted in nature and simplicity, her classes invite you to slow down, reconnect with your breath, and return to your center.
With a background in ballet and training in flexibility, joint mobility, and pathologies, she blends softness, presence, and anatomical awareness in each practice.
Her teaching is inspired by everyday rituals, the wisdom of the body, and the subtle power of consistency.
She believes yoga is a path of remembering—coming back to the essence of who we are exploring the inner self.

Karl - Vinyasa Jivamukti
Karl is a physiotherapist and osteopath with a strong foundation in conscious movement practices. His journey began with a 500-hour Ashtanga Yoga teacher training in India, followed by the 75-hour Jivamukti Spiritual Warrior training. He is currently deepening his path through the 300-hour Jivamukti teacher training in Barcelona.
Blending yoga, osteopathy, and diverse movement disciplines, Karl brings a grounded yet intuitive approach to both teaching and healing. He believes in movement as a gateway to connection with ourselves, with others, and with presence. His classes aim to offer clarity, curiosity, and space for growth, always rooted in breath and mindful awareness.

Naty - Mat Pilates
As a certified Yoga, Barre, and Mat Pilates instructor, as well as a Life Coach, Natalia is dedicated to guiding individuals toward the best version of themselves through self-discovery and the pursuit of their full potential.
Her passion lies in helping others experience physical movement through the lens of self-love, encouraging body awareness, strength, and well-being.
She also organizes retreats, workshops, and events that bring together like-minded individuals to share energy, growth, and connection.

Angela - Restorative & Sound Healing
Ángela Rocs is a mentor and coach in subconscious reprogramming and sound healing, as well as a teacher of meditation and holistic yoga.
With over 8 years of experience, she creates transformative journeys through sound, coaching, yoga, and meditation. Her work supports others in reconnecting with their inner power, releasing energetic blockages, and aligning with their true purpose.
Her approach weaves together the wisdom of the body, the healing energy of sound, and subconscious reprogramming to help us remember who we are and create from the soul—awakening our gifts and activating our personal power.
Ángela offers practices designed to help you release, expand, and return to your true self.
She currently leads trainings, retreats, and regular events dedicated to ascending into the 5D frequency.

Marta - Essence Yin
Marta de la Orden is a yoga teacher and the creator of The Essence, a space for inner exploration where body, emotion, and nature intertwine. Her approach is rooted in a deep personal journey and the need to share what she herself has longed for: a softer, slower, and more honest way of inhabiting oneself.
With extensive training in Vinyasa, Yin, Hatha Raja, anatomy, and emotional aromatherapy, Marta guides practices that invite conscious movement, inner awareness, and reconnection with what is essential. Her sequences focus on gentle yet deep movements and physical sensations as a pathway toward expansive emotional release.
